Lintel is a London proptech company. We capture buildings in survey-grade detail and keep them alive in one hub: scans, plans and documents, current and shared.
Lintel started with a practical problem. Its founders, architects working in London's Design District, kept meeting buildings that had no reliable record of themselves: surveys stale the day they were issued, tours that expired with a subscription, documents scattered across inboxes.
So we built the tool we needed: survey-grade capture feeding one living record per building, in the browser, priced per building. The buildings around our studio were the first on the Hub, and it has been in daily use on real projects since.
